How to use our NAD+ Nasal spray
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Prepare: Remove the NAD+ nasal spray bottle from storage and allow it to reach room temperature for 5 minutes before use.
- Inspect: Check the bottle for any damage or discoloration. The solution should be clear. Do not use if compromised.
- Clean your nasal passages: Gently blow your nose to clear any mucus or debris. You may rinse your nasal passages with saline solution if desired.
- Prime the spray (first use only): If using for the first time, prime the pump by spraying 2-3 times into a tissue until a fine mist appears.
- Position the bottle: Hold the bottle upright with your head in a neutral position (not tilted back).
- Insert the nozzle: Gently insert the spray nozzle into one nostril, ensuring a comfortable fit.
- Spray: Press the pump firmly and quickly to deliver one spray into the nostril. Breathe in gently through your nose as you spray.
- Repeat: Remove the nozzle and repeat the process in the other nostril if directed.
- Wait: Keep your head upright for 30 seconds after spraying to allow the solution to be absorbed.
- Clean the nozzle: Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap securely.
- Storage: Store the bottle upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Dosage: Use as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
